robert holland is a 24-year-old  who enjoys horse riding, tennis and watching sport. He is generous and friendly, but can also be very cowardly and a bit impatient.

robert's best friend is a trainee doctor called Raymond Adams. They have a very firey friendship. He also hangs around with Woodrow Parsons and Alton Stone. They enjoy meditation together.
